Bam and Ryan Dunn live from the Faction studios in Hollywood this week for a Gumball 3000 recap. Bam talked about how much his body hurt after being crammed in the Lambo for eight straight days, his diet which consisted of whiskey and cigars and the stench his body was producing after wearing the same putrid sweaty pants for the entire trip. The tour started in London and continued through France, Belgium, Germany, and Austria with a quick stop in Brussels for tic tac’s and on to Budapest, Hungary where they stayed. From there they drove to Serbia, caught a flight to Phuket, Thailand and than drove to Bangkok, caught another flight to Alaska (stopped for gas) than drove to Salt Lake City, Las Vegas and finally LA. Dunn talked about how rich Euro dudes won’t go anywhere unless there’s a DJ, babysitting Bam and loading him up with sleeping pills on the plane. They talked about a random fan who looked exactly like Bam (clothes, tattoos and all) and was walking two feet behind him making him claustrophobic and nervous. Bam talked about scratching the rim of the Lambo after 5 feet and almost running out of gas, getting hassled in France for not having a license plate on the front of the car and getting so lost in Belgium that he actually wound up back in France only to have the border police hassle him about going back to Belgium. They drove through Germany and Austria at approximately 150 miles per hour and got clocked at 167 mph when they got their first ticket. Several tickets later the Hungarian police stopped them and basically extorted them for 200 hundred dollars to let them keep going. After Vienna and several scratches to the Lambo they arrived in Budapest where Bam jumped off a bridge into a river that was brown in color. Bam talked about going through Serbia and taking a wrong turn only to have some Russian mafia dudes help him get to the check point by taking him down the wrong side of the highway at 80mph, and dodging cars. A cop spotted them and wanted to kill them but the Russian mob saved his ass and got him the hell out of Serbia and on to Thailand where he found the Lambo covered in dust with a dead battery. They got a call from Rooftop who talked about the detour that he, Tony Hawk and Mike V had to take to rescue Bam and Dunn from Thailand where they found them broken down on the side of the road eating crickets with the locals. Time ran out on the show but Bam promised Part 2 next week.
